1. Commission
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you earn 10% of net ad spend from each business you refer, for its first 12 months with us. Net ad spend means campaign charges and ad-creation charges, minus refunds, delivery credits and chargebacks that reverse earlier spend. Only spend after the referred business’s first real payment qualifies. Commission accrues only while the business is inside its 12-month window and your affiliate account is active. Agency accounts are not commissionable under this program.
2. Disclosure (required)
Wherever you share your link — social posts, videos, newsletters, podcasts or paid ads — disclose the relationship clearly before the link or recommendation.
3. Not allowed
Referring yourself, a business you control, or accounts created to earn commission. Bidding on “Circle Prospecting TV” or confusingly similar terms in paid search. Spam, fake endorsements, or claims we haven’t approved in writing. Recruiting sub-affiliates or earning on anyone else’s referrals.
4. Hold period and payouts
Commissions are held for 30 days after they’re earned, then become payable. Payouts run monthly when your payable balance is at least $50, through Stripe with a valid US payout account. Your first payout may be held for review.
5. Reversals and suspension
If a referred charge is refunded, credited or disputed, the related commission is reversed. Fraud, policy violations or chargeback patterns can lead to suspension, voided commissions or termination. We may end your participation at any time; pending commissions may be voided, and balances already payable may still be paid after review.
6. Data and privacy
Your referral link sets a first-party cookie for up to 90 days that records the referral (your code, the click and the time) so a later signup can be credited to you. It is used only for commission accounting, never for ad targeting. Your dashboard shows clicks, signups and commission balances — never a referred business’s name, contact details, campaigns or results. Don’t collect personal information from prospects on our behalf. Stripe handles your identity, tax and bank details under its own terms. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Taxes
US affiliates who meet IRS thresholds receive Form 1099-NEC through Stripe. You’re responsible for your own taxes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Changes to the rate or window apply to spend after the change and never reduce commission you’ve already earned. Continuing to use your link after an update means you accept it.
