Real estate on streaming TV

Just listed. Just sold. On every TV in the neighborhood.

You already made the reel for Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. We put it on the living-room TVs around your listing, in front of the homeowners most likely to sell next, so yours is the agent's face that ZIP code sees on TV.

Who it's for

Every part of the business that sells a home

The same short, full-screen spot works across real estate. Here is who runs it, and what each one runs.

A house key being handed over

Agents & teams

Always-on local-expert spots in the ZIP codes you farm, so when a homeowner is ready to sell, the name they already know is yours. Works for a solo agent or a team brand.

Listings

A 15-second spot for each stage of the listing, built from its MLS photos and run to a radius around the property.

  • Under contract
  • New price
  • Just sold

A real estate team planning in a meeting room

Brokerages & team recruiting

A brand spot for the brokerage across its market, or a recruiting spot that introduces your team to the agents who live and work there.

A new home under construction

New construction & home builders

Community and model-home spots, run to a radius around the community, pointing buyers to a model-home visit or a grand-opening weekend.

An apartment building against the sky

Property managers & rentals

Two audiences: owners looking for a manager, and renters looking for a home. Owner spots advertise your service, like a farm. Rental listings are housing ads and follow the same radius and Fair Housing rules as a listing.

Hands reviewing a loan document

Mortgage lenders

Purchase and refinance spots for loan officers and local lenders.

Housing and credit ads must follow Fair Housing and fair-lending rules: radius targeting, no demographic filters, and the disclosures your license requires.

An older couple relaxing outdoors

Senior living

The decision is usually made by a family researching care for a parent. A spot that shows the community and daily life there gives them a name to call before the tour.

For brokerages & teams

Every new listing gets a TV commercial. Nobody has to remember to do it.

Connect your listing feed once. When a listing goes live, we build the spot from its own photos, put the listing agent's card on it, and run it on streaming TV to the homes around the property. Under contract, new price, sold — each stage gets its own version, automatically.

Step 1

Connect the feed

Your MLS feed or your own listing export. We already pull Florida and Georgia MLS data daily, including photos, status and the listing agent's details.

Step 2

Set the rules

Which offices and agents take part, a price floor if you want one, how wide the ring around each property runs, how long each campaign flights, and how many impressions it gets.

Step 3

Spots build themselves

Listing photos, address, price, your brokerage logo and the agent's headshot, phone and email, in a template built once to your brand standards. Every file is made to broadcast spec and loudness rules, so it passes the streaming apps' checks.

Step 4

Everyone sees the proof

The agent gets a report they can forward to the seller, with where the spot ran and how many homes it reached. You get one view across every office.

The status is always right

The spot follows the listing, so your agents never run a “just listed” ad on a home that's under contract.

  • Just listed, open house, new price
  • Under contract, and a just-sold version the agent can farm with
  • We skip virtually staged and rendered photos, which never belong on TV

Your brand, not ours

The template is approved once and then every spot obeys it: logo placement, colors, disclaimers, license lines and the agent card.

  • Nothing runs that a compliance officer hasn't already seen
  • Office or team versions where brands differ
  • Our name appears nowhere in the ad

Agents can add to it

Whatever the brokerage provides is the floor. An agent who wants more can buy it in a click.

  • Extra weeks, extra ZIP codes, or a wider ring
  • Their own always-on local-expert spot
  • You can take a share of what agents add, or keep it at cost

A listing-presentation line that's true

“Your home will be on television in this neighborhood, starting the day it lists.” Agents can show the seller the spot, the ZIP map and the report.

  • Recruiting and retention: it's a tool the agent keeps
  • A seller report at the end of every campaign

Priced per listing or as a monthly allotment for the firm — tell us how many listings a month and which markets, and we'll put a number on it. Setup is a feed connection and one template approval; there is nothing for your agents to install.

What one agent's TV campaign looked like

Kenny Patton is a real estate agent in suburban Atlanta. A streaming-TV advertising platform published his six months on TV as a case study. We didn't run it and he isn't our client, but it is a clear public example of what an agent's TV campaign costs and what it did.

Before TV

He was spending $2,000 a month on shared portal leads: “every lead was shared with five other agents.”

The campaign

$750 a month for six months, $4,500 in all, aimed at homeowners in four ZIP codes of about 15,000 households. The spot was him on camera, speaking directly to viewers, with community footage and trust signals.

He also reported more referrals from past clients, and “I've seen you on TV” became a regular comment at his open houses.

What we'd add

Make “I've seen you on TV” something you can count

Those results are self-reported, with no baseline to compare them to. The Circle Card is a spoken line on the end card. When a caller or an open-house visitor repeats it, the agent can count it. Held-out ZIPs, comparable ZIP codes where the spot doesn't run, show the difference.

Sounds like
“Say ‘I saw you on TV.’”

Facebook is a feed. TV is a show.

On streaming TV your ad plays between episodes, full screen, and it can't be skipped. About 95% of streaming TV ads are watched to the end. On Facebook, the median video ad is watched to the end about 6% of the time.

Cost per thousand views is close: real estate ads on Meta run about $14–22, streaming TV about $15–35. What you get for it isn't.

Fair Housing, built in. Just Sold and local-expert spots advertise your services to homeowners, the same way a postcard farm does. Spots about a specific listing run to a radius around the property with no age, gender, income or family filters, and carry the Equal Housing Opportunity notice.

Benchmarks: streaming TV completion 94–98% (Innovid 2026: 94.5% for :15, 94.1% for :30; Peer39 Q2 2026: 97.5%). Facebook median complete-view rate 6.2% across video ads; shorter videos finish more often (2026 Facebook video benchmarks). Meta real estate CPMs about $14–22 in US markets; streaming TV CPMs $15–35. From the team behind Circle Prospecting AI.

Questions

What agents ask first

I'm a real estate agent. Can I target my listing's ZIP code?

Just Sold and local-expert spots advertise you to homeowners, which is farming, the same as a postcard. ZIP targeting is standard for that. Spots about a specific listing are housing ads, and Facebook blocks ZIP targeting for those entirely because of the Fair Housing Act. We build listing spots to the same standard: a radius around the property, no demographic filters, and the Equal Housing Opportunity notice.

Can I use the reel I already run on Instagram?

Yes, and it's the usual starting point. We reframe it for a TV screen, caption it, add your end card and correct the audio so the streaming apps accept it. No reel? We build the spot from the listing's MLS photos and facts, like the samples above.

Do you need my brokerage's approval?

Follow your brokerage's advertising policy. If they review ads before they run, send them the finished spot first. The brokerage name and the Equal Housing Opportunity notice are on every end card.

Can I run a spot for my farm, not just a listing?

Yes. Local-expert and Just Sold spots advertise you to homeowners, the same as a postcard farm, so they can run by ZIP code across the area you work, month after month.
